UPDATE: November 19, 2020 – The Provincial Health Officer has mandated that all events (including the Giggle Dam) must cease operation until at least December 7. Although those orders will be re-reviewed every 2 weeks, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to cancel all of our performances to comply with this order.
We will automatically issue a gift card to each guest who purchased a ticket for Christmas Around the World.
Stay tuned for some exciting news about our Virtual New Years celebration, coming December 31, 2020.
On November 7th, 2020, the Provincial Health Officer announced restrictions that ordered for the next 2 weeks that there were to be no social gatherings, save and except for the members of your own household. These restrictions apply to private gatherings and do not mandate bars and restaurants to close.
Out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling all performances until the weekend of the 27th in order to comply with the spirit of the order, the intent of which is to keep people in their bubbles in an attempt to curve the rapidly increasing number of COVID-19 cases in British Columbia, which are especially bad in our region.
We will monitor the current COVID-19 situation carefully and may make additional cancellations if we feel that staying open would be a socially irresponsible thing to do. We’ll update our cancellations here on our website and on social media.
We hope you’re all staying safe and trying to stay home and in your bubble as much as possible. We’ll all be together soon!
September 8, 2020 - Today, the Provincial Health Officer issued an order that all bars and nightclubs are to close, effective immediately. Fortunately, the Giggle Dam Dinner Theatre is a licensed food-primary restaurant and was not closed by the Public Health Order. Our bar service will end, in accordance with the order, at 10:00 p.m. and our restaurant will close immediately following the performance at 11:00 p.m. instead of 1:00 a.m. We are committed to complying with all public health orders
